Our operations are separated between Job Shop Productions & Dedicated Lines. The cultures that drive these two are different. The job shop focuses on flexibility and adaptability to the variety presented in the parts processed and the range of requirements of individual customers. The dedicated lines operations is more predictable in process and loading demands but provides for capacity availability and specialized process repeatability for difficult jobs or high demand requirements. Those lines have been particularly successful when customers with wet processing capability see advantages to moving those processes offsite.
